Discovery
2–5 business days
A structured call plus a written brief. We map goals, must-have features, technical constraints, content ownership and budget. Larger applications may need a paid discovery phase, which is quoted separately and credited against the build.
Outputs
Proposal & Agreement
2–3 business days
We issue a fixed-scope proposal: deliverables, explicit exclusions, timeline in calendar days, revision rounds, milestone schedule and total price in USD. The proposal becomes a binding contract when you approve it in writing.
Outputs
Milestone Payments
On approval
Projects are billed against milestones, typically 40% to start, 30% at the build review and 30% on delivery. Monthly marketing retainers are billed in advance each month. All payments are processed by Stripe in USD.
Outputs
Build & Review
Per proposal timeline
You get a staging URL from the first week. Progress is reviewed at agreed checkpoints, and feedback is consolidated into the revision rounds included in your proposal. Requests outside the agreed scope are quoted as a written change order before any work starts.
Outputs
Delivery & Acceptance
7 calendar days
We deploy to production and send a written delivery notification with the handover package. If no written revision request arrives within seven calendar days of that notification, the deliverable is deemed accepted and the corresponding milestone payment is non-refundable.
Outputs
Responsibilities
A project runs on both sides showing up
Most delays are caused by content and approvals, not code. Here is what each side commits to.
What we provide
- A named point of contact for the duration of the project
- A staging URL you can review at any time
- Written change orders before any out-of-scope work
- Support responses within 1 business day during business hours
- A 30-day bug-fix warranty after delivery acceptance
What we need from you
- Content, brand assets and access credentials at the agreed dates
- Feedback and approvals within 5 business days of each request
- A single decision-maker who can sign off on reviews
- Payment of each milestone invoice within 7 calendar days
- Written notice of any scope change you want considered
If a project stalls
Work pauses if a milestone invoice is more than 7 calendar days overdue, and resumes once payment clears. If we cannot reach you for feedback or approvals, the project is paused after 30 days and archived after 60 days; reactivation is subject to a fee and current availability.
The full terms of these situations are set out in our Terms of Service and Delivery & Service Policy.
