Who we are
Udayan IT is the trading name of Udayan Chakma, LLC. We are a remote-first team of developers, designers and marketers working with founders, agencies and established businesses that have outgrown template websites and ad-hoc contractors.
We take on a limited number of projects at a time. That is deliberate: it is the only way we can commit to calendar-day timelines and still answer support email within 1 business day.
We do not publish client logos we have not been given permission to use, and we do not quote metrics we cannot evidence. Where a case study describes an outcome, it is an outcome the client reported to us.

Scope is written down before money moves
Every engagement starts with a written proposal listing deliverables, exclusions, timeline in calendar days, revision rounds and the milestone schedule. We do not take payment before that document is approved.
Milestone payments, published prices
Work is billed against milestones you can see and review on a staging environment. Our starting prices are published in USD so you can budget before the first conversation.
Written delivery acceptance
Deliverables are handed over with a written delivery notification and a seven-day acceptance window. What was delivered, and when, is never a matter of memory.
What we will not do
We do not promise rankings, revenue or return on ad spend. Nobody can guarantee those outcomes, and any agency that does is selling you a claim rather than a service. We commit to deliverables, timelines and the quality of the work itself.
