Version 1.0 — Effective 17 August 2026

Acceptable Use Policy

We decline work in the categories below regardless of budget. This policy protects our clients, our team and our payment processing relationships.

1. Work we will not build or promote

  • Anything illegal in the United States or in the client's own jurisdiction.
  • Adult or sexually explicit content, escort services and related advertising.
  • Gambling, betting, casino, lottery and sweepstakes platforms.
  • Malware, spyware, keyloggers, credential harvesting, phishing pages and account-takeover tooling.
  • Spam tooling: bulk unsolicited email or SMS senders, scraped contact list distribution, and bot networks that fake engagement.
  • Work that infringes intellectual property, including clones of protected designs, pirated media distribution and counterfeit goods storefronts.
  • Deceptive financial schemes: get-rich-quick offers, multi-level marketing recruitment funnels, unlicensed investment or lending products, cryptocurrency projects promising fixed or guaranteed returns.
  • Weapons, controlled substances and other restricted goods where sale online is unlawful.
  • Hate speech, harassment platforms, and content promoting violence or discrimination.
  • Misinformation campaigns, fake review generation and manipulated testimonial content.
  • Circumvention of security controls, paywalls, licensing or platform terms of service.

2. Marketing-specific restrictions

  • We do not publish guaranteed ranking, traffic, revenue or return-on-ad-spend claims for you or for ourselves.
  • We do not buy links, generate artificial reviews, or use cloaking or doorway pages.
  • We do not run advertising that violates the policies of the platform it runs on.
  • All claims in the copy we write must be substantiated by evidence you supply.

3. Client conduct

  • Do not ask us to use content, imagery, fonts or code you do not have the right to use.
  • Do not use credentials or access we provide for anything outside your own project.
  • Do not abuse, threaten or discriminate against our team. We end engagements for this without refund of completed milestones.

4. Enforcement

If we discover after commencement that a project falls into a restricted category, we will stop work immediately and terminate the contract. Fees for work already performed remain payable and completed milestones are non-refundable. Where required, we will report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

5. Reporting a concern

If you believe work we produced is being used in breach of this policy, email support@udayanit.com with details. We investigate every report and respond within 1 business day.
